DUE TO RETIREMENT, OF YOUR GP , DR S SUBRAMANIAM , THE SURGERY IS CLOSING ON 31ST MARCH 2020. PLEASE REGISTER WITH A NEW GP WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

PRIOR TO YOUR REGISTRATION WITH THE NEW GP IF YOU ARE DUE FOR ANY PRESCRIPTIONS PLEASE LET US KNOW.

ONCE YOU HAVE HANDED IN YOUR PAPERWORK AND HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE NEW PRACTICE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR RECORDS AS PER GDPR REGULATIONS.

Welcome to Mungo Park Surgery

The practice, previously situated on Mungo Park Road, is one of the oldest in the area and has been in existence for more than 50 years. In November of 2006 the practice moved to a purpose built health centre, which offers a full range of medical services.

You can see a GP locally from:

  • 3:30pm – 10:00pm on weekdays
  • 8:00am – 8:00pm on weekends and Bank Holidays
  • You can directly book an appointment by calling 020 3770 1888 – The GP Hub Lines are open 12pm for afternoon appointmnets 15:30pm – 18:30pm and for evening appointments 18:30pm – 21:45pm

CORONAVIRUS

The risk to the general public is moderate. If you have arrived back to the UK from mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau within 14 days, follow the specific advice for returning travellers.

Call 111 now if you’ve been:

  • to Wuhan or Hubei Province in China in the last 14 days (even if you do not have symptoms)
  • to Iran, areas of Northern Italy in Lockdown or ‘Special Care Zone’ areas in South Korea since 19 February
  • to other parts of Mainland China or South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau, in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath
  • to other parts of Northern Italy (anywhere North of Pisa, Florence and Rimini), Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar since 19 February and have a cough, high temperature or shortnhess of breath
  • in close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus

Do not go to a GP surgery, community pharmacy or hospital. Call 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people.
